Your diary is yours

You own everything you write and add. We claim no rights to it, and, as the Privacy Policy explains, we never receive it.

Your diary lives on your device and nowhere else. You are responsible for keeping a copy if you want one: use Back up in Profile. We cannot restore memories lost with a phone or a deleted app.

Using the app

You may use Lately Me for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.

Please do not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or try to get around its features or its purchases.

Pro

Pro adds extra features to the app: mixing face styles day by day, more face styles, more photos a day, and a choice of app icon. Everything needed to keep a diary is free.

Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that.

If a plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bought Pro before? Use Restore Purchases to bring it back on a new phone, with the same Apple ID.

The faces

The faces in the app are drawn by independent artists and shared under their own licences; each is credited on the Credits page. They are part of the app, and are not to be extracted or used apart from it.

The app as it is

Lately Me is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available, or that features will never change.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect loss arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date above shows when they last changed; using the app after that means you accept the update.
